*DISCRIMINATION A MENACE TO HUMANITY*

One would ask questions as to why *The Antidote* is writing on such topic. I must say growing up in life as a child, I believed humanity coexist in all aspects of life. But with my current age as I am now it is different as I thought it was when I was younger. In this current time discrimination is becoming a menace to the existence of humanity and I believe you and I can change it for the reason that we were all created by one maker (God ) and thus our source of existence is of the same.

Individuals existence is dependent on one another irrespective of who you know and who you are related to. Religion, ethnicity, language, education and place of residence should not and must not be a basis for the discriminating attitude towards one another since the world is a global community. We all dwell in it and then we have the responsibility of accepting ourselves as we are.

The Antidote is a humanist and thus believe that humanity is basically good for us all. We need to help one another, encourage, educate and motivate ourselves in achieving our purpose in life irrespective of the side we belong or come from. Because we turn to discriminate among ourselves as Christians, Muslims, Akan's, Fante's and so on, the overall goals are not achieved.

Since we discriminate, positions and roles are being placed in the hands of the favoured and look at how they handling our state of living in this world that was meant for us all. We try to please the ones we know, thereby bringing differences among others. I believe the right job need to be given to those who deserve it irrespective of the background.

Let's put a stop to this menace in the family, in friendship, in the classroom or lecture rooms, at church, job places and everywhere we find ourselves in our environment.

THE ANTIDOTE 16th March, 2017 *DO What You Preach* There are several preaching topics trending worldwide in the mouth of believers of the gospel of Jesus Christ either in the church premises or in their social interactions. On thing *THE ANTIDOTE* has realize is that believers normally say them by mouth and not acting upon them. Today we are looking at one of the topics which is *dress code* among females.
